Axle:

The axle tube is made of high-intensity alloy plank, once formed by 1200T oil manometer with shielded arc welding. It is characterized by small volume.
The axle journal is made of alloy material. Aftger forging, quench and tempering. It is processed by numerical control lathe, with frequency quenched and antifriction bearings.
On the condition of concentricity, central siphon and shaft head are correspondingly press by pressing machine, then shielded arc welding. It has advantages of good merging capacity, smooth, and it is not easy to reputre.
The welded optical axis is guaranteed the concentricity by the grinding machine. Next step is the grinding of bearings. After process ensured concentric degree is <0.02mm.
Bearings of name brand are adopted, which is antifriction and heat-resistant.
High-performance, no asbestos and environment protection-polishing piece is adopted. It is antifriction, has excellent break action and safety factory.
Camshaft is made of 40Cr. by ways of overall forging and tempering with reasonable curvilinear design, accurate numerical-control process. The key parts are superficially quenched by midfrequency, therefore long-lasting.
Both wheel hub and break drum adopt ball iron and gray iron of international standard for founding and process. They are characterized by might carrying.
Manufactured according to international standard, axletree units have strong interchangeability. besides we are able to produce according to clients' special demands.
Adopt improted grease which is secure and reliable.
Tire screw bolt and nut, made of alloy steel, are of standard of ISO and JIS and have advantage of high-intensity and anti-repture.
